Our Fee Policy
- We are approachable. We therefore offer a completely free, no-obligation consultation regardless of how long we have to spend with you so that you understand your rights and how we can assist you.
- We are affordable and effective. Our fees are based on a reasonable percentage of the total amount of money we are able to get for you. Each case is discussed on an individual basis and we put everything clearly before you in black and white in writing. We give you an example of exactly how our fee is calculated.
- We know that you are not in a position to lay out money to engage our services. In addition to representing you on a contingency basis (we win or it’s free), we lay out the upfront costs to get your case started. For example, we pay for medical reports and upfront court costs to ensure that your case is strongly and properly advanced.
- The percentage we charge our clients is considerably less than many of the rates charged by other personal injury firms. We insist that the at-fault party contributes “costs” which a court would award to the winning party in a lawsuit and which effectively offsets a substantial amount of our legal fees.
- We are confident you will find that our legal services are both affordable and effective.
